Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that you have not received either due to a backorder or a change of mind, please contact our customer service team at sales@LightingDesignExperts.com and indicate your wishes in writing. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will contact the manufacturer to make sure your product has not shipped. If the product has not shipped we will proceed with the cancellation and you will be credited the full amount of your purchase. Unfortunately, in some instances your purchase may have already shipped from the manufacturer and we are unable to cancel the order. In this case please see our return policy.
Order that have been received can no longer be cancelled and are subject to our return policy.
