Satisfaction Guarantee
LightingDesignexperts provides a satisfaction guarantee on thousands of products, allowing you to buy with confidence. This means that if the product size, color, or style did not meet your needs, you will have a hassle free return experience. Our convenient return process provides you with an authorization number and return instructions. Simply notify us within 21 days of receipt and we will gladly take back the product or exchange it for something else.
One Year Warranty
Buy with confidence knowing that we stand behind the products that we sell.
We Provide a One Additional Year of Warranty on All Products on top of the manufacturer's 1 Year of warranty.
Five Year Warranty
Buy with confidence knowing that we stand behind the products that we sell with our Five Year Warranty.
- The guarantee applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products and also against leaks and rust to the fixture. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any products that fail to operate due to a defect, excluding the free replacement of glasses which have become damaged due to mishandling, improper installation or use, or resulting from extreme acts of nature or the free replacement of lamps which may have been provided with certain fixtures.
Lifetime Warranty
We are so confident in the quality of the products from the lines below, that we are offering our own Lifetime Warranty on their use. The lifetime warranty is only available on select lines of products. Lines currently included in our Lifetime Warranty: ELK Lighting
- The Lifetime Warranty only applies to fixtures purchased on or after May 4, 2010. The guarantee applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products and also against leaks and rust to the fixture. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any products that fail to operate due to a defect, excluding the free replacement of glasses which have become damaged due to mishandling, improper installation or use, or resulting from extreme acts of nature or the free replacement of lamps which may have been provided with certain fixtures. We will not honor any claim for improperly installed fixture(s) or when modifications outside the manufacturer's warranty have been made. No charge backs or charges for labor or materials with be honored.
